Earth + City is an exciting and innovative business in Toronto. It is our mission to enrich the health and sustainability of our local food community and economy.
We prepare healthy, plant-based food in tandem with the Ontario growing season.
All of our ingredients are thoughtfully chosen, with a focus on seasonal availability. Our produce is sourced from many regional farms, often purchased at our farmers’ markets. The pantry staples in our kitchen are gluten-free, mainly organic, and frequently ordered through local food vendors.
Our food is available at farmers’ markets, in local shops, by ordering online, or for catered events.
We sell our food at different farmers’ markets in Toronto, four of them year-round. Markets are where we started and you’ll always find us there. Many local shops in town carry our products, from neighbourhood grocery stores to downtown cafes. We have an online ordering menu with delivery service throughout the city. This is our way of bringing healthy prepared food closer to you. Our kitchen also caters interesting fresh food for special events and gatherings, accommodating individual preferences and dietary needs.
We also offer a rentable kitchen space for food business startups.
At our production facility, an additional commercially-certified kitchen is available for rent. We have varying usage options with competitive hourly rates and storage fees. The space is equipped with basic food production tools and appliances. We welcome those making vegan, gluten-free products.
